We are a busy K9 Breeding and Training facility looking for someone who loves dogs and has no fear of them. Able to stand and walk for multiple hours at a time. Candidates must be flexible to work any schedule, alternating weekends and some holidays. This person must have own transportation. ideal candidates should have prior animal care experience in an outdoor environment. Must be punctual, reliable and responsible. There is an extensive amount of cleaning involved in this position. Willing to train the right person. KEY OR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Clean kennels. Move dogs from one location to another within the kennels. Assist with vaccinations. Wash dishes Fill in when needed. The job requires flexibility, energy, the ability to think quickly on one’s feet. Professional animal handling experience would be great, but is not required. Feeding and general care. Walking dogs. Bathing dogs. Doing laundry. Cleaning and maintaining kennel premises Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Assisting other technicians when needed Varying shifts Must be available to work some Saturdays, and holidays Background check Punctuality is imperative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
