I am seeking a licensed general contractor to complete several jobs with my current renovations w a 4 bedroom condo and also RV Gymboree.
I am experienced with renovating, but just accepted a full time position and am unable to finish installing kitchen cabinets, countertop, door trim, floor molding and some flooring. (We started from all original 1970).
I also have an early 80s Gymboree RV that needs some cabinetry demo and installation and roof sealant applied.
If you are short on tools, I have a room full of them. I prefer to purchase materials if I can.
If I like your work, I will be adding a permanent contractor to our staff as I am buying more homes in foreclosure.
I only ask for 4 things from you, in addition to knowing what you are doing, SAFELY:
1. Show up. (If you agree to come work, show up)
2. Be respectful, that includes wearing a mask while inside.
3. Absolutely no smoking, drinking or any activity that can impair your judgement.
4. Don’t try to price gouge me. I know the cost of supplies and labor.
