I am looking to hire a part time maintenance person. The job will be as needed for approximately 10 hours per week and will pay $22 dollars per hour as a contract employee. This job could become a more permanent position depending on experience/performance of the applicant. The job duties will be as follows but not limited to: appliance repair, plumbing issues, dump runs, various other repairs in our care homes. These job duties will be at 7 care homes for develop mentally disabled and a day program in Woodland. You must have a valid drivers license, your own tools and vehicle, pass a background check, be vaccinated for covid, and be tested weekly. We have weekly testing at one of our locations.
