Need Help from someone who can code

So I am working on a project whith some pcb boards that I need to read andf program some of the micro controllers and eepromms. There are plenty of sources out there I know but I am limited in the amount of thewse things that I have on hand and I really dont want to waste them on trial and error. If someone who was more code and software programming savey I could really use the help.
