It seems that one part of this nation or another is in a drought in any given moment. It also seems like we have flooding or an abundance of water in the reports of this nation regularly. So here is the question: I we can build a pipeline from Canada to Texas to move oil, why can't we build a pipeline demo the east coast tis the west coast so that we can distribute water from one region to another easily? With perpetual droughts occurring every few years, why do we not see our municipalities expanding our water storage capabilities. I do not see any reservoirs being enlarged. I do not see any new reservoirs being built. I do not see any water storage tanks being built. If droughts are the new norm, it only stands to reason that we increase our water storage. But that does not seem to be the case.
