Lost Tortoise

Description

Our tortoise escaped from its pen and was picked up by a kind stranger at about 3:26pm on Friday, 8/20/2021. We have contacted/visited the local animal shelters and SPCA and it seems he has not turned in the tortoise. We have been trying to find the man and ask for our tortoise back. Any help will be appreciated.
