Start date August 29 through Sept 12 Portland Oregon We are looking for cleaners to turn key clean apartment complexes. We are a nationwide company that specializes in student living make ready paints, cleans, and carpet cleaning. This project we are only looking for cleaners & painters at this time. Requirements; Must have all cleaning supplies Must physically be able to walk stairs and clean apartments 1099 position Lasts 1-2 weeks You can be a single person crew or build a crew as big as you would like Drug and alcohol free please! We pay per bedroom and common area (livingroom, kitchen, hallway) Pay schedule is Monday-Sunday and pay that following Friday. Cleaning would consist of but not limited to; Common area: Wiping down ceiling fans Dusting blinds Cleaning out and inside cabinets Fridge Stove Washer and dryer Mop and vacuum Bedrooms: Wipe down furniture Vacuum Toilet Tub Cabinets Sweep and mop This pretty much sums up the process of the apartment cleans.
