RealSource Management is a property management company specializing in multifamily apartment complexes throughout the United States. Our company is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. Job Summary To perform a variety of duties required to maintain exterior cleanliness and ensure the property is kept in a safe and attractive condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Walk the property removing litter, debris, and pet droppings. • Perform "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments. • Pick-up and sweep dumpster area. • Detail property on regular basis. • Check and replace exterior lighting. • Clean and maintain pool and/or spa. • Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc. • Shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed. • Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed. • Assist with "make-ready" duties when requested. • Distribute resident communications • Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties. Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Qualities Ability to work independently and willingness to learn. Must have good communication abilities. Knowledge of equipment/machinery/tools. An associate in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools: various wrenches, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, post whole diggers, saws, etc. User-Moved aids: Wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, hoists, jacks, and step ladders, full ladders, double ladders.
