Positions Available: • Maintenance Technicians • Maintenance Foreman's • Remodelers Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification • All facets of apartment repair and maintenance • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Maintenance Foreman • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • Pool certification a plus • Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus • Previous property management experience • A hands-on supervisory approach • Four years' supervisory experience preferred • Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Remodelers • Drywall • Interior remodeling • Countertop work • Interior Door hanging and trim • Cabinet Door hanging • Sheetrock • Some Exterior Remodeling All applicants must have reliable transportation. Ideal candidates must have their own tools in addition to a valid driver’s license and transportation. Maintenance Tech positions must have a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call.
