Main job tasks and responsibilities: •Interior cleaning skills. •Taking out trash can garbage. •Vacuuming and mopping. •Physically walk the property and remove litter, debris and pet waste. Ensure that trash and other debris is promptly removed for all interior areas. •Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster and recreation areas remain free of litter at all times. •Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties. Key Competencies: •Capability to continuously be on feet. •Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
