Do you love cleaning, we have the position for you! We are looking to add a friendly and customer service focused person to our team. You duties will include: • Daily inspection and cleaning of hallways, laundry rooms, entry areas, common areas, leasing office and model units. • Laundry room cleaning: walls, doors, windows and floors, entryways and thresholds. Wiping down of washers, dryers, floors, walls and doors in laundry rooms, and removal of trash. • Prep of apartment turnovers consisting of cleaning floors, kitchen appliances and cabinetry (both inside and out), bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, doors, windows and blinds and vacuuming of carpet. You will have set hours during the week with no weekend work and you will be provided with all the cleaning supplies needed.
