General construction workers needed on immediate basis.. Pay offered $25 -$30 per Hour in Chicagoland. Prime Builder, Inc. an established General Contractor/Developer is looking for a hardworking individual to preform general labor duties at our residential sites. Position is an immediate hire for the right individual. Requirements Valid drivers license and dependable transportation General construction knowledge Job Type: Full-time/Part time Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour based on experience Experience: relevant: 1 year (Preferred) construction: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations Labor type: Construction This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Schedule: Monday to Friday ( Sat/Sun For part time) Duties: Concrete work Demolition and/or cleanup Painting Remodeling Dry wall/framing and other relevant work. Electrician Carpenter Plumber Driveway etc Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites which would include lifting, carrying, and pulling items 50+lbs in weight Must demonstrate good communications and interaction skills. Must be accurate, detailed, reliable and able to follow orders on projects and tasks with minimal supervision. Must have ability to be proactive and trouble shoot.
