Need a place to park/ store my fishing boat

Hi my name is s Michaela. I'm looking for a safe and secure place to keep / store / park my fishing boat.. I don't currently take it out on the water it needs a little bit of work before that can happen and it needs a place to go in the meantime. I am willing to pay storage fees / rent for the place that it would be parked. An ideal place would be somebody's property here in Chico.
