Towne Lawn Care Inc (TLC) is looking for experienced mowing crew members to join our team due to continued growth in the industry. We take extreme pride in our properties which consist of high end residential and commercial. To be considered for this position you must have the following... -MINIMUM OF 2 YEAR COMMERCIAL MOWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A MOWING POSITION. We only work for the best and pickiest, so mowing stripes need to be clean and crisp. Entry level positions are also available and paid accordingly. Do NOT apply if you: A. Don’t have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. B. Are looking to check the job search box for continued unemployment benefits. C. Want money for little or no effort. Company employees are required to be: -Punctual -Detail oriented, while taking pride in your work and your equipment. -Have excellent communication skills with other staff and customers. -Positive attitude everyday. -Work shirts, hats provided. If you are unhappy with your current position in this field please contact us immediately! We prefer not to work weekends and try to base our schedule around that thought process, however a Saturday make up day may still be necessary due to weather. Our shop is located in downtown Granger, Iowa, but most of our clientele is in West Des Moines. If you can not show up on time for work or don't have these above mentioned skills please do not apply.
