Maug Cleaning a local family owned and operated cleaning company is looking to hire motivated individuals to our growing team. Open Positions: 1. 2/3:00 p.m. - 10/11 p.m., Monday-Friday located in Eau Claire 2. 3:00 p.m. - 11 p.m., Monday-Friday located in Strum 3. Pick 2-4 nights per week Candidate would be expected to maintain a safe and clean environment based on client requirements. This includes but is not restricted to: 1) Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen/breakrooms 2) Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc. 3) Stock paper products and proper supplies 4) Gather and empty trash 5) Dust Expected qualifications are: 1) Learn, use, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies with skill and efficiency 2) Ability to lift up 40 pounds, bend, stoop, twist, and other motions required to complete the job 3) Continual walking 4) Work independently as well as cooperate professionally in a team environment 5) Must be 18 years of age or older 6) Maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation 7) Pass a criminal background check Wages & Benefits: *Flexible schedule *Competitive pay *Family atmosphere *Health insurance (full-time benefit) *PTO (full-time benefit) *401k (full-time benefit) *90 day review *Annual review COVID-19 considerations: Provide gloves, mask and hand sanitizer
