Come Learn About Ways to Get Involved @ Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum WHEN: Saturday, August 28th TIME: 10am-12pm FREE EVENT PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER: The Benjamin Banneker Historical Park & Museum in Catonsville, MD is looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers for a variety of positions and educational opportunities. • Tour Guides to assist staff with School Field Trips and Adult Groups • Museum Attendants to provide information to visitors both in-person and over the phone • Gardening Enthusiasts to help maintain the multiple outdoor plant displays • Trail Maintenance to assist in keeping our walking paths looking great • Exhibit Assistants to help research and construct new indoor educational displays Hours are very flexible and depend on the task. Both weekday and weekend opportunities are available. Volunteers must be 13 years of age or older. All volunteers must complete an online background check form.
