EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technicians NEEDED IMMEDIATELY If you have 2+ years of verifiable experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance industry, enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation we want to talk to you! Specific duties for this position include: Excellent Customer Service Skills including professional, prompt and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors -Complete Make-Ready/Turns -Plumbing -Electrical -Drywall repair -Painting -Setting, grouting and sealing bathroom tile -Grounds keeping -Take On-Call rotation to resolve emergency maintenance issues or escalate as appropriate -Need to have your own tools -Installation of new appliances as needed -Work Tuesday through Saturday -Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. -Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. -Additional duties as assigned -Remove snow and ice as necessary -Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
