We are Velleity, an original rock band from Tampa, Florida, and we are seeking out a melodic-minded lead guitarist to add that extra punch of dynamic color. You should be comfortable to either take the spotlight or blend into the background – whatever will make for the best possible complete song. Backup vocal ability is a plus, but not a requirement. Our major influences are Tool, Deftones, Nirvana, and Stone Temple Pilots. If you are looking to jam, write, create, record, and play a few shows here and there, then you’re our kind of player.
