Need a rescue or home for a dumped cat

Please help, i need a rescue!! Theres a cat that i believe was dumped here at my house (living in my side yard in the bushes most of the time) and ive been feeding it everyday for the passed atleast couple months now but i live on a very busy main road and im afraid its gonna end up getting hit by a car or freeze to death when it gets cold out so im trying to see if theres any rescues (i know most are full right now) or someone thatd be willing to take it if im able to get a live trap and trap it. Its slightly scared of humans and im unable to catch it by hand but i dont really think its feral i believe its just scared (but i cant guarantee it). But ive lived here for several years and have never seen it until a couple months ago and ive had other cats just pop up here in the passed too (people know im an animal lover and think id be able to take them in i guess) but my moms husband isnt the biggest animal lover so i cant bring it inside if i trap it so i need to find someone to take it ahead of time.
