Description
The Maintenance Supervisor partners with the Property Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance related activities, initiatives and community goals. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Required Skills:
High level of proficiency in written verbal and math skills.
2+ years of previous experience as a supervisor in apartment maintenance.
Must possess above average knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Good time management skills.
Must be able to use all types of hand and power tools, air conditioning gauges and vacuum pumps.
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws.
OSHA and EPA regulations and company safety policies.
