**Must reply to job posting with phone number in order to be eligible for interview** Futrell Properties is seeking an Employee with equipment operating experience including but not limited to Operation and Maintenance of Heavy Equipment CAT D5 Bulldozer and CAT 320 Excavator along with Accessory Equipment. Applicant must have extensive experience operating heavy equipment for clearing and grading. Applicant must have sufficient knowledge of site grading and be able to follow a grading plan. Applicant must be capable of working without regular supervision. Day to Day requirements will involve supporting residential land development projects. Competitive wage is offered based on experience. Ideal Employee must have experience leading teams of no less than 2-3 people, and be able to write simple tasks and record time in English. The ideal Employee must be; • Hard working • Leader • Problem Solver • Dependable • Able to work outdoors in all elements • Reliable transportation to arrive at work at 7am. Starting Pay range for Crew Leader/Operator between $25-$30 an hour. Starting Pay is based on previous experience operating heavy equipment, clearing, and grading.
