Needed: A simple office with desk, chair and door

Good Afternoon, I am working remotely but living with my mother who has cancer and helping to care for her. Unfortunately, there is no room for a desk/chair there and so I'm looking for an office to work out of in Cary or Raleigh. I simply need a room with a door that has a desk, chair and Wifi access. It would be great to have access to a sink and fridge too if I bring my lunch. My current working hours are 12p-10p. Throughout the working I day I have a few Zoom meetings on my laptop so I need to be in an environment that doesn't have a lot of loud background noise. The desk doesn't need to be huge, I will probably be bringing my small laptop and maybe a monitor. For the office room I am willing to pay $175/mo. Thanks So Much! Sarah
