To perform this job successfully, we are looking for someone with the following: • Experience in construction trade • Hand tools (required) • Ability to lift 75lbs • Ability to work in crawl spaces. • Ability to climb a ladder • Diploma or HS equivalent • Clean driving record • Reliable transportation • Drug Free • Great work ethic/dependability • Honest/ integrity • Ability to work alone or with a team • Good communication skills • Attention to detail • Positive thinking, self starter
