General Job Description The BottleDrop On-Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned BottleDrop Redemption Center. This position will supervise a team of employees, meet business and safety demands of warehouse and retail operations. Additional responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness of center and the handling of recycled beverage containers. Primary Job Requirements Thorough understanding and oversight of the BottleDrop daily operations Knowledge of Oregon's Bottle Bill and ability to educate and introduce customers to the BottleDrop system Ability to safely operate and maintain all equipment including RVM's, compaction equipment, floor scrubber, pallet jack, stacker, pay station and kiosks Accurate cash handling and reconciliation Supervise team on following company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and safe work environment Assist Area Operations Supervisor with the hiring process, initial tours and interviews, employee training and reviews Write team schedule to meet business demands within budgetary constraints Maintain supply inventory and submit supply orders Communicate with other departments within OBRC as needed Approve timecards in ADP per set deadlines Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Act as primary contact for assigned location May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week as business needs require May be required to attend meetings or training sessions outside of normal work schedule Assist with coverage at other locations as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience 2-4 years warehouse or production experience Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive, upbeat and energetic individual with customer service experience Must be able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs, stand for several hours a day and climb ladders Regular work schedule will include at least one weekend day and one closing shift per week Computer literacy a must Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Plans Paid Time Off and Holidays 401k Plan with Company matching contributions Ready to apply today?
