Ink America International Group/GoDpsMusic in Newbury Park, CA is a leading distributor of quality manufactured Musical Instruments and accessories.
For this role, you will be responsible for ACURATELY picking, packing, and then labeling customer orders from a printed Sales Order Pick list. You must be able to speak, read and write English for this position. This is a fast-paced environment where safety always comes first. Most products are small in size and weight.
Experience working in a high-volume pick pack shipping environment is preferred but not necessary. We will train new associates eager to learn and succeed!
Other job responsibilities include assisting team member to help “off load” Ocean containers as factory shipments arrive. Associates must be able to lift packages up to but no greater than 50lbs.
Forklift experience and certification is preferred, but not required. We can train and will certify new associates,
We run lean as a company, and every staff member assists as/where needed to achieve the company’s daily objectives.
Hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Peak Season starts in November and runs through early January. You may be required to work some Saturdays (only as necessary) to fulfill customer orders.
We have Zero tolerance for tardiness and excessive absenteeism.
After a 30 day probationary period, you will receive a $1.00 per hour increase in hourly wage!
