In this position, you will be able to be the front-line hero to our customers needing assistance from water, fire, mold and bio hazard emergencies. We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, hardworking, knowledgeable and motivated Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation Technicians. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years’ experience in Water Restoration and Mold Remediation, as well as a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check. IICRC certification are a plus. Qualifications: Experience in the restoration industry working with adjusters and homeowners is helpful but not necessary Great communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift over 50lbs/heavy equipment Responsibilities include: Performing demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, etc. that may be damaged Cleaning up debris Setting up containment and laying floor protection Equipment set up and monitoring Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills Driving company vehicle as needed Upholding all company policies and procedures Other tasks as assigned
