Handyman or Repairman

I need a handyman who can work on various repairs and/or work from time to time. I need someone who can work on a consistent ongoing basis. I am looking for someone who is flexible and who is not so stretched out where it may require longer time to get to me. In other words u can be available within a day or two in most cases. Pls include ur skill or types of repairs ur able to do and if u have any roofing experience too. I might have some other work on a commercial project too but i have an immediate need for work on my house. So pls take the time to list all areas you are skilled in.
