Day Worker for Retaining Wall - 3 block height - Experience Necessry

Im in charge of an empty lot in North Philadelphia (near Erie ave) that the soil has been shifted to be 2 Tiered, w a dirt ramp down middle. Im looking for a day worker with Experience in Masonry to build a short Cinderblock retaining wall on either side of the dirt ramp, 3 block height. I WILL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS The left side would be approx 3ft long and right side would be approx 7ft in length. The wall would be basic cinder block on leveled and tamped paver-base, staked throughout w rebar, and concrete filled. (Again, I will provide all materials) Job needs to be well done, and i know is possible within 1 Day. Looking for 1 day, either this coming Saturday/Sunday/Monday or Tuesday for 150$ Cash Email me w examples/experience.
