Handyman / Maintenance / Laborer We are looking for the right person to act as a caretaker, to be responsible for overseeing several properties in Langhorne and a Yacht at Penn's Landing Philadelphia. Must be responsible, a self starter and task oriented with flexibility highly desired. Relevant experience is required. Property Caretaker Responsibilities: Manage general oversight of three properties. General knowledge of building maintenance, such as painting, drywall repair, fixing leaks, grouting, minor plumbing, etc.) required. Each building is a three story tall Historic Victorian. Some work will involve ladders and heights. You would also be responsible for cleaning the common areas at one property and general interior and exterior cleaning at the other property and the yacht. Requirements: Valid driver’s license Must possess own means of transportation General maintenance and repair knowledge Can work outside year round and comfortable with manual labor Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion Flexible schedule to work after hours and weekends if any problems arise This can be either a full-time position or part-time. There is plenty of work for full-time but it can be spread out, so we do not mind if someone wants to work 10-20 hours per week to supplement their other job. This position could also be split between a husband wife team, where one spouse handles maintenance while the other handles cleaning.
