THIS IS NOT FULL TIME WORK!!
Looking for someone with some basic painting experience who is good with heights (ladder/scaffold). We do NOT exceed about 15 ft standing height, 20 ft total height. All work is interior. I can train the right person for what needs to be done as it is not overly complicated.
Work is on an as-needed basis for now so the idea candidate would already have other full or part time work or their own gigs as a main job and would generally be between 10a and 3p during the week days. Generally needs are known several weeks in advance so for someone with a flexible schedule I can usually work around your schedule.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED there will likely be additional work that I pass your way that we do not do such as exterior painting, drywall hanging/repair and even occasional work customers ask us about in the handyman field.
If you can do what I need the possibility does exist down the road for more work and hours but with the current environment I do not want to make promises as far as steady work until things settle down however in the past I have had helpers that worked 35+ a week. I generally have steady work year round so in the future the right worker would be called in more and more often as work load permits.
Pay right now would start at $20 an hour initially and could go up based on how well you work.
Prefer someone who has at least a few years of basic painting work experience but willing to work with anyone as the height aspect and being comfortable with it is the primary need and we can easily train on the basics needed.
