Missing Dog “Little Girl”

Little Girl has been missing since June 21st. We live in Davenport however there is a good possibility that she is somewhere is the Spokane area. She might be with a woman of Indian descent in her latter 50’s/60’s. This woman drove a Black Dodge Crew Cab Truck on July 17th when she possibly picked Little Girl up. Little Girl is a chihuahua/terrier mix. She weighed 8.9 pounds when she went missing. She has a heart condition and is on heart medications as well as medications for her cough and her skin allergies. We LOVE her soooo much.
