Mechanic diagnostic and bolt removal

Hi there, I am working on my 97 Tacoma. Appears though the engine is not getting gas. May be the fuel pump. I'm a stuck point removing the fuel line. Would appreciate help removing it. Feel will get a diagnosis while at it to confirm it is what I think is. 🙏Liz
