Engineered CMU/Stucco Wall Build Needed

Are you someone that takes pride in their work and needs immediate full-time work? I’m in need of an experienced professional who can build a ~250 linear foot engineered CMU retaining wall (less than 3’ above grade), topped with a ~190 linear foot 5-6.5’H CMU/painted stucco wall. CMU is already on site and permit obtained. I will be responsible for installation of 60 linear feet of metal fence and two gates upon completion of wall job. You would be responsible for: -interpreting approved engineered wall plan (supplied by owner) / build to spec -retaining wall excavation and fill/pack (all dirt on site or supplied by owner) -installation of low-voltage footpath lighting (supplied by owner) -installation of 2-3 cement footsteps at one gate down to grade -stucco/paint to match house -two City of Tucson permit inspection approvals (after rebar and final) -all tools required to complete job -all additional materials other than CMU required to complete job (rebar, cement, stucco, paint) Payment terms negotiable. $1,000 bonus available if retaining wall/fill/pack completed and permit approved before end of Sep 2021. Additional $1,000 bonus available if remaining work completed and final permit approved before end of Oct 2021. Two references required.
