is hiring full-time  for our facility in Marion, NC. This role, known internally as an Operator - Fill/Pouch, is a position which contributes to our mission of saving and sustaining lives by inspecting, printing, filling and sealing flexible containers in addition to over-pouching and performing quality checks on filled bags which hold IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies and other sterile solutions. We are the largest employer in the region (over 3,000 employees) and the largest IV solutions plant in the world, accounting for over 60% of US IV solutions! If you are at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or G.E.D.), can speak, read, and write in English, can perform basic math and are able to physically lift up to 16 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs, then we are interested in you! Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.
