Job Title: Pool Construction Foreman Company: Signature Pools by Nashville Design Build Pay and Benefits: From $52,000.00-$72,000.00 a year depending on experience Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay structure Job Type: Full-Time On Site Construction Job description: Looking for a qualified Pool Construction Foreman who is skilled at building high-end custom Gunite pools and leading a construction crew -- for immediate hire in the Nashville, Tennessee area! Knowledge of Pool Construction: • Excavation • Form/Steel • Plumbing • Tile/Coping Should have general knowledge of pool construction, very dependable and willing to travel to sites in Davidson, Williamson, Middle Tennessee counties. Offering excellent full-time weekly pay with bonus structure opportunities and year round work. Weekend shifts available upon request. We already have more than 20 pools under contract to build this Fall 2021 so there is a need for talented, knowledgeable labor. We are looking to hire as possible and will offer a sign-on bonus as an incentive to expedite the onboarding process. Experience: 2-3 years of Gunite pool building experience How many years of Gunite Pool Construction experience do you have? Expected Hiring Date: Immediate Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend Shifts Available
