Yoh is seeking an entry-level Field Technician to support our agricultural based client for a one-month contract engagement. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently!  This individual will travel to designated locations throughout the agricultural community to collect samples, prepare and ship to a designated location.   Industry: Agriculture Location: Primarily Kentucky and other geographically close sites Type: 4-6 week contract Responsibilities - Drive to specific field locations - Walk to specific GPS coordinates within the field - Harvest mature samples from plants and place in specific labeled containers - Maintain electronic records of all processed samples and upload results in an accurate and timely manner - Maintain samples in an orderly fashion - Ship samples in timely fashion - Strive to maintain a safe working environment - Attend all safety presentations and keep current on all safety training - Report any conditions/equipment you feel is unsafe and take immediate corrective action Qualifications - High School Diploma is required. - Ability to rent vehicle is required. - Clean driving record and ability to drive several hours within a given day
