We are looking for a fulltime custodial/maintenance employee to help us maintain our condominiums in Stuart Fl. Monday through Friday 7 am to 3pm. The function of the job requires landscaping, mechanical work, light electrical and irrigation maintenance etc. You must be able to push loaded dumpsters and recycling containers in and out twice a week. Experience using power tools of all kinds is a necessity. The job is physical in every aspect, summer and winter. The ability to be professional under pressure is also required, in other words people skills are also necessary. Expectations: Must be able to work independently Must like routine work. This job is very PHYSICAL, it will require the ability to work with power tools. Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals, bleach, de-greaser, chlorine.
