Quality driven property preservation inspector needed. We are looking for someone who can timely and accurately inspect interior and exterior condition of properties. You must have knowledge when it comes to vacant or real estate owned properties with attention to the current condition of the home. Inspections will range from roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, structural, lawn care, debris, and damages. You must be able to report all observations accurately.
