All materials supplies provided CURRENT PROJECTS working with the home owner (in order of priority to do): 1. Put 4" PVC over long 3" dryer vent (to stop condensation leaks on the ceiling) 2. Fasten queen bunk bed to wall stud (to eliminate most squeaks) 3. Replace the bottom side of a dresser with a solid board on the side (particle board damaged by water) 4. Replace water-damaged drywall ceiling or cover with finished plywood 5. Run Ethernet wire to new WiFi 2nd router location 6. Drill deep well using water pressure connected to an already assembled PVC pipe drill. Drill the 4" well. $4/foot, then doubled when the 4" screen, casing is all complete (so $8/foot total). Likely 40-55 feet. 7. Run charging cable for RV, installing switch, batteries, quick connect per bosses instructions. $20/hr. 8. Drop well pump, + related plumbing work $18-24/hr depending on skill and speed.
