Lab mix pup for rehoming

Rocco is a lab mix about 5 months old. He is amazing with kids and he gets along with our cat. We were forced to move into a place that doesn't accept dogs so he is needing to find a new home relatively soon. Shots and dewormed. He is absolutely wonderful so only good homes inquire. I am asking $300 rehoming fee but may negotiate for the right family. He comes with food, bowls, bed, collar, and retractable leash. He loves to be outside and will do best on a potty schedule.
