We are seeking full time Material Handlers/Forklift Operators for our distribution center in Wilmington, IL. These are great opportunities for candidates with the drive and desire to grow within an organization. We are offering a $1,500 sign on bonus for qualified candidates. Positions start at $16.50/hour, plus $.75 premium for night/weekend shifts. $1,500 Sign on Bonus paid out at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year! $750 Employee Referral Bonus! Shifts: Monday - Thursday Day Shift:5:00am- 3:30pm Monday - Thursday Night Shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Friday- Sunday Day Shift: 5:00am- 6:30pm (+1 hour shift bonus) Material Handlers should have ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds, demonstrate the ability to work safely and properly use equipment, load/unload trucks and verify accuracy of items on manifest, operate material handling equipment and complete paperwork per work instructions as required. Qualifications: • Warehouse experience: 1 year preferred • Demonstrate the ability to work safely and properly use equipment • Possess a solid work history • Must pass a physical and drug screen • Forklift certified or able to obtain certification • Must be able to lift 55 lbs. • Must be able to worked OT when required
