Valley Ranch/water plants & patio maintenance

Homeowner hiring responsible student/adult to water plants (a lot of plants that takes approx 5 - 10 minutes to water) and maintain/sweep patio when homeowner travels (no mowing) each visit takes approximately 30 minutes pay is $15.00 cash per visit, sometimes daily, sometimes every other day.....BUT only when homeowner travels must be a responsible person that lives in Valley Ranch or Coppell
