Sign Fabricator/Painter

The Sign Fabricator / Painter will be part of our existing team of experienced fabricators and will be responsible for efficiently building a wide variety of non-electrical sign types manufactured and installed by our organization. Due to the technical nature of the sign business, the fabricator must possess or acquire a working knowledge of how signs are built and installed. Maintaining continuous familiarity with the techniques and processes used to fabricate signs is key to success. Some of these techniques include, but are not limited to: Painting Silk-screening Preparing and installing vinyl Finish treatments for plastics Laminating Mechanical assembly Preferred Attributes Good communication skills. Able to speak and read English proficiently. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read and understand floorplans and/or technical diagrams. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Past Experience Prior sign experience is highly preferred, but not required. We have the knowledgeable team that will help develop the right candidate. Experience working in a shop environment is a plus. Prior experience working with hand and power tools is a requirement.
