Job Description Overview: Wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operations practices of the car wash facility. Attendants are to ensure we are consistently delivering excellent customer service, sparkly clean vehicles, and an extremely well kept facility. Duties and Responsibilities: Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash. Always be ready to greet and assist customers with wash packages and show the value of Unlimited Monthly Plans. Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor. Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed. Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized. Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied. Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time.with fellow teammates, home office and customers. Job Requirements: Courteous and professional demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time. Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. Ability to work with a sense of urgency. Conducting all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour; Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Tips Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
