Lost cat w/ health condition

Hello, My cat Dempsey has been missing since Thursday, 8/19/21. He’s 5 yrs old, fixed. Very friendly, no collar at this time and not chipped. He’s an indoor/ outdoor cat and his collar keeps falling off. He does like to roam the neighborhood but always comes home. He’s never been away this long. He’s on RX food due to urinary crystals, so his absence has me a bit worried. He also comes to “Kidden” and loves to sunbathe. If he’s sick, he’s not going to be able to walk home, I’m so sad thinking about what he could possibly be going through. Please help me bring my Kidden home.
