We are looking for a Construction Project Manager. Applicant will be expected to run multiple construction jobs concurrently. You need to have the ability to guide any particular job from start to finish with a clear understanding of all phases of commercial building and remodeling. Applicant will be expected to clearly and professionally communicate with owners, architects, designers, and building officials regarding all aspects of a job including changes, scheduling, and permits. The ability to anticipate potential problems before they occur is required in this position. Run a construction job from the start to the final item on the punch list.
