Do you love fried chicken? Do you love music? We have a new hip hot spot opening in Hollywood on Vermont Ave. We are looking for all-star team members with well-rounded kitchen experience who are inspired to join a growing team. We are a concept with a pop-up and brick & mortar location already. This is our second brick & mortar and it will be a unique event space + restaurant. This is a short term-gig to test your skills and experience. We have events from 9/1, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 9/5. Do not apply if you will not be available on these days. We will need you for prep until closing. Start time is around 5/6PM to 1AM, as we have an event going until 1AM on 9/5. We can hire immediately based on your resume and a quick conversation on the phone! We are actively looking for dedicated food enthusiasts and people who just love to be in the kitchen or in the restaurant. Looking for driven team members to be part of a quickly growing brand in the hip restaurant scene in Los Angeles. We're in search for individuals who have experience in the restaurant scene and/or festival scene and work well in teams! Looking for friendly and high energy front of house team members and/or experienced back of house team members who display a strong willingness to learn! Here are some qualifications to be considered a candidate: *CASHIER/FRONT OF HOUSE - Must be super friendly and great with customers!!! - Have restaurant experience working front of house - Have an outgoing and friendly attitude - Have a high sense of responsibility - Have a passion to provide genuine hospitality - Have reliable transportation - Ability to learn and sell menu items - Ability to provide a great and memorable guest experience - Be able to work weekends and other events throughout the week - Be able to use a POS (SQUARE) and operate other cashier tools - Be trustworthy and an excellent communicator - Be able to do some heavy lifting, if needed *BACK OF HOUSE* - Willingness and ability to follow directions - Have restaurant experience working back of house - Have California Food Handlers certification - Have food preparation experience and/or other kitchen experience - Have availability to train and prep on weekdays and work events on weekends - Have a high sense of responsibility - Maintain professional kitchen etiquette - Must display a strong willingness to learn and adapt - Be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm - Be a team player with a strong work ethic - Be prompt and efficient - Be trustworthy and an excellent communicator - Be able to do some heavy lifting, if needed BOLO is expanding quickly.
