Bottled Water Route Driver

Silver Springs Water is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and hard working individual to join our team as a route driver. This position is for someone who has an entrepreneur mindset and is willing to go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. This is a great opportunity to enter the world of bottled water and grow with a FAST growing company! Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am start time till finish. Most days are completed within 8 hours but there is opportunity for OT in some cases *Weekends always off *All major holidays off & paid Job Duties: Deliver various types of water products to customers on scheduled route. Collect payments, handle customer complaints/issues, responsible for checking truck daily, responsible for correctly invoicing customers and balancing correctly each day. Job Requirements: -Must be 21 years or older -Must have HS diploma or equivalent -Must be able to pass D.O.T. screening an obtain D.O.T. certificate (Paid by SSW) -Must be able to pass Drug/Alcohol screening -Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record -Must be able to pass background check -Must be able to lift 40-80lbs on a consistent basis *Driving experience is not required but strongly preferred. Compensation: -$18.00 per hour starting wage -Optional commission on new customer sets ranging anywhere between $25.00-$50.00 per set -Quarterly bonuses and competitions -Benefits reimbursement payment of $300 monthly after 90 day probation has ended If you think this is the right job for you then we want to hear from YOU!
