Hello. I own and operate a small construction Demolition company and I'm looking for other contractors like myself that have an experienced professional crew to accept jobs and complete them together. I have lost much and most of my crew due to covid related issues and have become too busy with work to keep hiring and training new guys and I am unable to do it fast enough. Therefore I'm looking for like minded construction contractors that can agree upon general prices for the scopes of work I bid and I will issue you and your company work orders for each job outlining the scope of work required to perform. I will pay promptly upon each and every job complete and we can discuss more details if interested later on. Ideally I am looking for a crew of guys 3-4, that are clean cut, professional, and polite to customers. I have some very high end clients and designers I work with on a daily basis as well as your regular DIY homeowners just flipping dumps on Denver. You would need to have basic tools for your crew and I will provide speciality tools, equipment, and machinery when required. Most jobs are residential interior home remodels so s lot of basement and kitchen guts, floor removal, appliance removal, drywall, lathe n plaster demo, framing removal, fireplaces, sheds, barns, concrete patios and slabs, fences, and decks, and much much more ! We can work out the fine details later such as who would be responsible for debris removal (dumpster rentals, etc) and all of that. I would still require myself and the crew leader to walk final jobs at the end to sign off on the completion of it to ensure quality is up to the standard I am promising my clients. The sky is really the limit! I have so much work backlogged and many many untapped resources to gain more work, I just need you and your solid crew to show up on time every day and do the work as expected. Must be bilingual as I know a little Spanish but not enough. Looking for a crew of 3-4, and would like to add another crew very soon. I will be extra support on the backend of things as well. I want guys that want to work as a team and make lots of money!
