We offer up to 45% commission for every deal acquired and managed. Why put a cap on your income. We have contractors making upwards of $5,000 a week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and grow business with advertisers who will benefit from aligning their company’s brand with SOC to reach their target audiences. Actively attend events and strategy sessions to grow, understand and implement best practices to engage event sponsors, partners, and attendees. Develop well-crafted customer proposals, sponsorship messages, presentations, and recommendations to clients. Knowledge, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Solid analytical skills for planning new products and initiatives Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail Sales acumen and strong prospecting skills with the ability to easily handle rejection and find opportunities in objections The strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in a professional and courteous manner Strong leadership skills New business development expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit comfortable both working independently and within a collaborative team environment Knowledge of general financial accounting, budget expenditures, and forecasting to calculate rates Ability to analyze, and interpret specific marketing and advertising material and market data Ability to apply logical thinking in solving practical problems, collecting data, and establishing facts while drawing valid conclusions in situations where only limited standardization exists Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the latest tools and trends on the internet A confident, positive, and disciplined attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance Ability to work independently remotely, if necessary, in a suitable workspace that meets safety guidelines Physical Requirements, Work Environment and Travel: Close eye work, continuous sitting, constant walking, standing, light to moderate lifting 15-30 pounds PERKS: Office space Latest ios work phone (iPhone 12pro max) Computer up to 45% in commission per deal.
